Lincoln on Liberty and Tyranny

On April 18, 1864, Abraham Lincoln offered the following remarks to a sanitary fair raising funds in support of the Union war effort.  That the fair took place in Baltimore was of especial note, since Lincoln offered his remarks on the eve of the third anniversary of the mob attack on the 6th Massachusetts back on April 19, 1861.
