It’s a Great Day for a Parade!

Today lots of people bearing Confederate flags will parade down the streets of Lexington, Virginia, as part of that area’s celebration of Lee-Jackson Day (which was officially observed on Friday, I believe).

But there will be something missing … Matthew Fontaine Maury.

See, it used to be Lee-Jackson-Maury Day (and in some corners it still is).

Return Maury to his rightful place and restore his honor!

… and no, we won’t extend that demand to Dabney Maury. 🙂

In the meantime, prepare for all sorts of pictures. It’s sure to be another great day for changing hearts and minds.

Miss Connie posted another rant directed at my criticism of her “writings.” She then went on to challenge me to write an equally sucky novel and then posted a laundry list of what she “does.” You would think with a list that long she would be good at doing at least one of the items. Bottom line is she’s what they refer to in the publishing industry as a hack, novice, amateur, and wannabe. Not that any of that is particularly damning, but when you add the roles of racist, anti feminist, homophobic, neo-confederate, white supremacist apologist, and mean old lady to the resume, then you have something to be ashamed of.

Not only did Connie reply to my reply by misunderstanding that she’s failed at everything on her list, she then proudly admits to being all of the deplorable things I listed. How sad that even calling her out on her ‘pretend profession’ is not getting through to her. Take the hint Connie. You’re not a good writer. Your photoshop skills are just below the high school level. Your novel’s subject matter is offensive. Your only supporters and commenters on your blog are fellow racist troglodytes. Take down your disgusting flag. Go away. We always win in the end. All you people are doing is giving us more to mock.

I think you are being way too kind describing her as “anti feminist” this is a term she would like to identify herself as, but I think her views go way beyond not wanting equal rights for women, I quote,

“What I discover will be covered in weekly essays posted at The False Rape Society blog.

I know what you’re thinking. How objective can an anti-feminist be? Well, I’d have to say at least as objective as feminists who trumpet the one-in-four myth, who defend false accusers (i.e., always referred to as “victims”) on the basis that women “deserve” the right to behave promiscuously “just like men” without consequences, and who consistently fall back on the claim that patriarchy (i.e., men) are total evil.”

These thoughts of hers echo her dear friend Paul Elam who has said,

“But are these women asking to get raped?

In the most severe and emphatic terms possible the answer is NO, THEY ARE NOT ASKING TO GET RAPED.

They are freaking begging for it.

      Damn near demanding it.

And all the outraged PC demands to get huffy and point out how nothing justifies or excuses rape won’t change the fact that there are a lot of women who get pummeled and pumped because they are stupid (and often arrogant) enough to walk though life with the equivalent of a I’M A STUPID, CONNIVING BITCH – PLEASE RAPE ME neon sign glowing above their empty little narcissistic heads.

In my opinion their “plight” from being raped should draw about as much sympathy as a man who loses a wallet full of cash after leaving it laying around a bus station unattended.”

Now there’s a name from the past. Maury. Remember him from the old alt.war.civil.usa newsgroup. Claimed to be (and may have been) a descendent of Matthew Fontaine Maury. Any idea what ever happened to him?

What’s even more scary is I heard a few quotes there that sounded exactly like Connie…”being proud of white dominance…preferring to be with ones own kind…etc” It just goes to show that sick minds think alike.
