That is hilarious. I’m going to get my college roommate to go. He’s in the Rap Scene in Richmond.

Hip Hop is my Heritage 🙂

My kids go to an almost all-black middle school that participates in the Beta Club honor society. They attended a regional convention at which schools are judged in categories ranging from academics to dance routines. My daughter’s dance team dominated the competition by a huge margin until someone emailed the judges a link to the song lyrics for their chosen music, which were deemed offensive and the team disqualified. The music used however, was purely instrumental … no lyrics included.

Heritage, not hate. Except your heritage *is* hate.

Hey I am the person with the Hip Hop sign. I am a huge fan of the blog and check it often.

      Drive on!

Next Saturday, the League and CofCC will also be in Richmond. Should be interesting.

How many are coming, Brad? Three? Four? Are the Flaggers going to join you?

      • Brooks D. Simpson March 30, 2014 / 11:43 am

Well, judging from those rainy day pictures, they weren’t in front of the VMFA. Even on the day that there was a funeral for one of the family members of the Flaggers, a Flagger just couldn’t resist launching another attack, published by the organization’s web adviser and spokesperson.

And that was only the beginning of the story.

Brad and his LOS club are going to Richmond to protest against gay marriage. They are not only pissy at marriage equality, but the fact that it was a black female judge who put her foot down that the marriage referendum was unConstitutional.

He’ll probably scrape up about five or six polo shirt and khaki pants donned neck-beards to hold up signs on a street corner and pass out lit.

What will be interesting is to see which Flaggers show up to support them.

Shane Long is organizing the event. Shane was one of the Heimbach crew who part of the White Student Union at Towson. He is now LOS, and LOS has made amends with Heimbach BTW.
As you have written up, Shane Long is also buddies with Susan Hathaway and Karen Cooper.

My guess would be 20 to 30. I’m coming with my wife with three other people from Georgia.

          • Thelibertylamp March 31, 2014 / 7:42 pm

Brad- I am guesstimating you will get 10-15 tops, I’m usually good at this. but i could be wrong.

There are 4 other people coming with me from Alabama, 3 other people coming with Cushman from South Carolina, and we have to ferry someone to the hotel from the vicinity of Richmond after we get there, so that’s 10 right there, not including Shane and company.

          • Thelibertylamp April 1, 2014 / 11:37 am

Shan and company? Does that mean the VA Flagger buddies of his?

        • Goad Gatsby March 30, 2014 / 11:48 pm

I can confirm that the Flaggers were not out when I when I ventured out in the rain. That freed up my afternoon to meet some real gangsters.

          • Brad Griffin March 31, 2014 / 3:27 pm

If you are out there next Saturday, we will be sure to come over and say hello.

          • Goad Gatsby March 31, 2014 / 11:08 pm

Sweet, I’ll spit some bars at you. None of the flaggers have any rhymes. No one wants to step into my cyhper.

Stuff that goes with Brad’s racist interpretation of history and incessant inaccurate depictions of Haitian history would be a good start.

          • Brad Griffin April 1, 2014 / 9:16 am

Haitian history is a series of neverending catastrophes and economic decline. It’s much worse than I thought. I finally got around to reading the Heinls’ Written In Blood: The Story of the Haitian People.

          • Brad Griffin April 1, 2014 / 9:17 am

We’re going to film it and put it on YouTube.

          • Jimmy Dick April 1, 2014 / 11:25 am

Sounds great. Can’t wait to see racists make fools of themselves and advertise it nationally. I’ll make sure to show it to my students so they can laugh and work on actually learning history instead of trying to turn back the country to an imaginary time and place where morons run the country into the ground…oh wait, they already did from 2001-2008.

The posts from the Southron Partisans in the comments section are so predictable.
