Living Rent-Free Inside Someone’s Head

Someone really needs to work on their use of Windows Paint. Pretty sloppy. And, of course, someone can’t spell … again.

EG vs S 1

Of course, it’s about heritage, not hate, right?

So I’m right up there with Lincoln, eh?

Someone’s on a killing kick.

Yup … it’s all about honoring a heritage, all right … a heritage of hate and murder.

That’s what you get from a mall cop “security guard.” Just another glimpse into the fantasy life of a Virginia Flagger supporter who’s just about as demented as his fellow travellers. They sure like to fantasize about murder, don’t they?

Precisely! “A heritage of hate and murder”, of condemnation and repudiation of anyone who dares to call out their ridiculous abuses of history, their bigotry, their anti-government and and their deliberate lies about what this nation is.

There is a legal distinction to be drawn between a crude attempt at ridicule (top image) and a related depiction conveying a physical threat (“laser blast”), and a long career here in federal law enforcement suggests that careless poster is dangerously close to crossing the line.

There’s a reason to shine a bright light on what the Flaggers and their friends claim is just fun. Their fantasies of violent retribution betray a deeper, darker streak within them matched only by the yellow streak that we see in all of them.

The first image would have been much better if you were pictured in a Zouave uniform. After all, the Simpsons have always been snappy dressers, right?

It would be nice to portray G. K. Warren circa the summer of 1862.

A member of the John Wilkes Booth Association — that says all that needs to be said. Perhaps he’s also a member of the Simon Legree Society!

I’m fascinated by the Civil War, but these flagger groups and heritage folks are crazy.
