More Presentations from “Civil War Lives” at the Huntington

For your viewing enjoyment and education … two more presentations from last October’s “Civil War Lives” conference at the Huntington Library, including Ronald White on Abraham Lincoln and Richard Carwardine on William “Parson” Brownlow.

When you think of it, these are both about southern Unionists … because Lincoln (and Jefferson Davis) were both Kentucky born.  Just saying … the Confederacy is not the South, and the South is not the Confederacy.  Repeat as needed.
